The tea soup is refreshing and smooth on the palate, with a rich aroma that lingers in the throat, leaving a lingering and delightful aftertaste – these are the hallmarks of Dongding Oolong tea.

Brewing method:

Hot water:

Lay the bottom of the teapot flat (use a fixed container to take out the tea), then pour in boiling water.

The first infusion should be steeped for 40 seconds (taste to see if the strength suits your taste; if it's too strong, use half a spoonful less tea next time; if it's too weak, use half a spoonful more tea next time).

The second infusion was 30 seconds, and then each subsequent infusion was 5 seconds longer.

Cold brew:

The ratio is 1:50 (1 gram of tea leaves: 50 cc of water).

About one tablespoon of tea from a PET bottle of water.

Steep for 6-8 hours before drinking (based on the strength of the hot tea). Adjust the amount of water or steeping time according to your desired concentration.

Remember to drink cold water after filling your cup to 80% or 1/2 full! Cold water! Cold water (below 35℃)! This is very important, I'm emphasizing it three times.

How to distinguish good tea

Welcome to try this tea:

A 150cc tea tasting cup (or two identical porcelain bowls) specifically for tea competitions.

Add 5g of dried tea leaves (you can add 3g if you prefer a lighter flavor).

Pour boiling water at 100 degrees Celsius over the ingredients and let it stand for 3 minutes.

Then, use two porcelain spoons to smell the contents alternately from left to right, and the answer will be revealed.

After enjoying the aroma, you can drink the tea and savor its richness and the pleasant aftertaste.

The aroma of good tea will linger, while the aroma of milder tea will be barely noticeable.
